Refund policy
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (HARRY LEHMANN, Kantstr. 106, 10627 Berlin, Germany, Email: mail@harry-lehmann-parfum.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment for this reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged fees for this reimbursement.
For goods that can be returned by post due to their nature:
We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

RETURN & EXCHANGE
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging.
Some items are entirely excluded from returns, e.g., products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additionally, the following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted to your account. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at mail@harry-lehmann-parfum.com.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items are excluded from refunds.
Exchange (if applicable)
Exchanges are only granted for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at mail@harry-lehmann-parfum.com and send your item to: HARRY LEHMANN, Kantstr. 106, 10627 Berlin, Germany.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, you will receive a gift voucher by email.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed about the return.
The time it takes for the exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on your residence.
If you are shipping an item over 75 €, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you return.
