With the HARRY LEHMANN loyalty program, we would like to thank you for your loyalty. The loyalty program is simple and transparent. We do not share your data, and you will only receive marketing emails if you request them. Simply collect real credit with your purchases, which you can redeem on future purchases—even independently of marketing emails!

  • Simply Participate

    Register with your email address by making a purchase in our online shop or in-store. You will then automatically participate in the loyalty program. You will only receive marketing emails/newsletters if you activate this yourself (of course, you are welcome to do so!)

  • Collect Credit

    You accumulate credit based on the frequency and amount of your purchases. Upon completion of the purchase, credit will be credited to your customer account, depending on the conditions met. The credit is valid for 365 days from the date of credit.

  • Redeem and Benefit

    You can redeem available credit as payment in our online shop and at the checkout in our store. There are no terms and conditions or minimum order quantities for redemption. You can collect the credit or use it immediately on your next purchase and save.

Collect Credit in two Ways

  • 5€ Credit

    For your first purchase and every second purchase thereafter, you will be credited with €5 - regardless of the order amount or order quantity.

  • 10€ Credit

    For every €200 of shopping, you'll receive a €10 credit. This doesn't have to be achieved in a single order, but rather reflects your total spending since becoming our customer, including multiple or smaller orders.

How can I participate?

By providing your email address, a free customer account will be created for you. This happens in the online shop when you place your order or in the store. You can optionally agree to receive our newsletter.

What happens to my data?

We will not share your data with third parties. It will be used solely to process any queries related to your order.

Will I receive (promotional) emails?

To create a customer account, you must provide an email address. Optionally, you can opt in to receive our newsletter. Even if you don't want to receive promotional emails, you can still participate in our loyalty program!

How can I collect credits?

You easily collect credit through your purchases at HARRY LEHMANN (online and in-store). You receive credit for every second purchase, and you also receive credit for every €200 spent.

Where can I see my balance?

You can view your available loyalty balance in your customer account or inquire at the checkout in our store.

How can I redeem my credit?

Use your accumulated credit when completing your order. The available amount will be displayed during the payment process. You can use this credit like a conventional payment method and use it for the purchase.

How do I log in to my customer account?

Click on the silhouette in the top right corner and enter the email address you used to register. There's no password; instead, after entering your email address, you'll receive a one-time confirmation code sent to the email address you entered. You'll enter this code instead of a password when logging in.

Do I also receive credit for purchasing vouchers?

No, no credit is issued when you purchase a voucher. Credit is only issued when you purchase a product and pay with the voucher.

Can I split my purchases to earn credit faster?

We view the issuing of credit as a genuine thank you for your visit and purchase with us, and we hope that this thank you is perceived and appreciated as such. In the event of obvious abuse, we reserve the right to withdraw credit.

Is the credit guaranteed?

The loyalty program and the loyalty credit are voluntary services provided by HARRY LEHMANN. Should changes to the loyalty program occur over time or we withdraw loyalty credit, there is no entitlement to payment or retention of the credit.
